Processing of Shipping

Once an order has been placed, it takes 2-4 business days for the process to be completed and packed up. If your order includes any pre-ordered items, the entire order will ship together once all the pre-ordered items are ready to ship. We will email you to inform you as soon as we get the missing product and are ready to ship the package to your attention.

Bundles will be available as supplies last. If HOP LAPOCHE is out of stock in one of the bundle colors, the next available color option will be included in your order.

If your order includes any pre-ordered items, the entire order will ship together once all the pre-ordered items are ready to ship.

 

Shipping Times

In order to offer you affordable shipping costs, we ship all orders with basic Canada Post services. Here are the ''low costs'' delivery times for different delivery zones:

Basic delivery time in Canada:  3 to 9 business days

Basic delivery time in the US:   2 to 3 weeks

Basic delivery time for International:    3 to 4  weeks

If you want to receive your shipment faster, you can pay for other services through CANADA POST (multiple choices in our shipping section at check-out) with shorter and faster shipping time but at a higher cost. You can also pay for Xpresspost at checkout. No matter which one of the selected options you choose, HOP LAPOCHE is not responsible for any delay in delivery caused but the carrier.

 

Customs and Delivery

There may be duties or taxes upon arrival into your country based on where you live. If you require more information on what duties and taxes may be due upon delivery, please contact your local customs office. If a customer refuses to pay for the legal duties and taxes due on a HOP LAPOCHE shipment, HOP LAPOCHE is not responsible for the potential repercussions with the postal service or customs.

Please keep in mind that once a package leaves our offices or warehouse, it is in the hands of the postal service or courrier. If you experience any problems during transit, please contact the carrier immediately.
